The Lobster Pot- Barbados Edition

Andy and I decided to drive up the coast from Holetown after our church adventure yesterday.  Lesson learned, don't go to church.  Since it was Sunday, not too much was open once we got to Speightstown, but boy is that Carribean blue.  We were walking along the street by the coast when we came upon the Lobster Pot.  They have seating in the back Patio, we were there for Sunday brunch which includes a live local band.  The brunch menu is a little limited and it's on the pricey side.  Definitely a place for tourists or rich locals of the lighter variety.  The view was gorgeous and the food was good.  I ordered the skewered shrimp and Andy ordered the Lobster.  They give your a variety of sides along with your dish.  The wait staff is friendly but slow to get your food and to check out.
