Income streams
One of our goals in life is passive income. And having multiple streams of income. That way, we don't have all of our eggs in one money basket. It's like in an investment portfolio, you want to have a diversified portfolio. Same with income streams. Keeps you from getting bored, and keeps you making money even if one slot slows down or ends. Currently, our income stream is :
1. Rental Property (2 units currently)- We have a property manager so it's pretty passive
2. Airbnb (has slowed down big time because of the cities laws, but we still have a few lined up) -not passive
3. Amazon third party seller - Not passive (but can make money every day though not work everyday)
4. Social Media (for me has been getting more monetary traction) - Not passive
We have so many different goals, but we hope to get more rental units to have more passive income so that we can stop doing Amazon and be able to do projects more fully that we truly enjoy (for me it's Instagram and the Garden, for Andy it's do trailer traveling and artsy projects).
Do you have any other ideas for passive income besides real estate rentals?
