Question time!

Howdy folks.  Crossing all of our fingers and toes, we are supposed to close on the lot of land with the lawsuit on it tomorrow morning.  It's been delayed twice already and I know Andy just wants for it to all be done.  Kind of like crossing another item off of our long to do list.
